Martha Durcan creates and manages the overall strategic and operations plans for NGC’s international markets. By partnering with the internal technology, marketing, sales and operations teams, she launches and grows business with NGC’s Canadian operations, United Kingdom office and ngcEurope.

Durcan joined the NGC team in 2014 after 17 years at Hewitt Associates (now Aon-Hewitt), a global leader in human resource solutions. She held a variety of IT as well as internal and external project management positions that involved both quality and system delivery supervision.

A business graduate of Purdue University’s Krannert School of Management, Durcan enjoys working with people to identify business needs and resolve business challenges.

When she is not at NGC, Illinois native Durcan enjoys playing tennis and volunteering at the elementary school her children attend.
