As Senior Vice President of Strategic Initiatives, Jean Des Biens manages implementation of NGC’s new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system as well as the design and administration of the Vendor and Performance Management programs. An ISO certified auditor, her main goal is ensuring positive employee engagement for all the company’s strategic efforts.

Before joining the team in 2017, Des Biens headed her consulting firm where she assisted a small startup company by managing remote and independent contractors. She also established processes, provided customer account management service standards for other companies, including assisting NGC with HR, Executive Coaching, process documentation and internal auditing.

Earlier in her career, Des Biens spent 16 years with Motorola where she held positions with ever-increasing responsibility in finance, marketing services, sector training, human resources/HR strategy, and organizational development. She has a BBA in Finance and Accounting from Loyola University of Chicago.

Away from work, Des Biens loves to spend time with her husband and college-aged sons, volunteer in the community, listen to music, visit with friends and travel.
