Q: What website do I go to in order to activate my 2015 Blueprint cards?

A: Visit www.allstatecardportal.com

Q: What is my "username"?

A: Your user name is your Allstate agent email (the email with the number, not your name)

Q: What is my password?

A: Refer to the password provided in the activation email that was sent to you. If you are an existing Allstate agent who has participated in the 2014 Marketing Packages program, you can login in using your existing password. Please note that your password is case sensitive.

Q: What if I have forgotten my password?

A: If you forget your password, click on the "Forgot Password" link underneath the login fields on the home page of the card portal at www.allstatecardportal.com. A reset password will be sent to you. Please note: previous passwords cannot be reused.

Q: How do I activate my 2015 Blueprint reward cards?

A: To bulk activate the cards, please follow these simple steps:

Go to www.allstatecardportal.com

Log in using your credentials.

Click “Manage Orders” from the Main Menu.

Click “Confirm Delivery” to verify your card shipment is in hand.

Review the “Important Procedures” and click the confirmation check box.

Under “Manage Orders” click “Activate Order” to select the order and then click “Activate” to activate all of the cards in the package at once.

Congratulations! Your reward cards will be active as soon as you receive an email confirmation that the order was activated successfully.

NOTE: This confirmation email will be coming from noreply@allstatecardportal.com (You may want to consider adding this email address to your contacts so it doesn’t end up in your Junk folder).


Activation Tips:

Your reward cards will arrive to your agency funded, but not activated. Don’t forget to activate your cards using the steps above before you begin distributing them to your customers.

When you request activation, all cards will be activated at once. It is extremely important to store the cards securely until you are ready to distribute them.

Remember that cards are valid through the last day of the month printed on the face of the card.

You are required to maintain your own record of the name and addresses of all individuals that are provided a referral reward card and the date it was provided. NOTE: The “activation successful” email from the card portal includes an attached Excel manifest — essentially, a list of the cards from the shipment (last digits of card number only) that are now in an active state, ready for distribution. This can be extremely helpful for you as you track your reward distribution. For instance, you may choose to save it and use it in a variety of ways as you record the cards you give out.

Q: What happens if I lose my cards?

A: Cards should be treated as cash. Lost or stolen cards cannot be replaced.

Q: I'm having issues with the card portal not working correctly?

A: The portal is compatible with most web browsers such as Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer, and Safari. However, certain older versions of some browsers have been known to not work with with the card portal. We recommend downloading Google's web browser, Chrome, to use when accessing the Allstate card portal. You can download Google Chrome here.

Q: Is the card activation process different for the 2015 cards than the 2014 cards?

A: Yes, cards for the 2014 Marketing Packages program still need to be activated individually, while the 2015 program cards can be bulk activated.

Q: Will all of my cards be active after this process?

A: Yes, once you bulk activate the cards, you will no longer need to activate cards in the activation portal.

Q: Do the funds expire after the expiration date?

A: Yes, any balance left on the cards after the expiration date will expire. These are reward cards, not gift cards.

Q: What if I want to order more Blueprint cards?

A: Visit www.ngcdirect.com and click on the "Sign Up Now" button to set up your gift card ordering account with NGC. A Sales Representative will be in touch with you to activate your account and provide you re-order instructions


Tips for Using Your Prepaid Visa Reward Card:

Check your balance: You can obtain your balance via 2 convenient methods: visit the cardholder website or call the customer service number (both provided on the back of your card).

At the Point of Sale: Always select CREDIT when making purchases. Should your purchase exceed your card balance, notify the cashier of the amount available on your card and provide a second form of payment for the remaining amount of the purchase.

At Gas Stations: Please present your card to an attendant inside the gas station. These cards will not authorize at the pump.

At Restaurants: Please be aware that restaurants automatically authorize an additional temporary 20% gratuity charge to your bill.

For example, if your meal was $20, you must have at least $24 available on your prepaid card or the card will be declined. The actual charge will be the price of the meal plus the gratuity that you add.

Online Purchases: Visit www.prepaidrewardscenter.com and update your name and address information before shopping. Often times online merchants do not accept multiple forms of payments, so be sure your purchase balance is less than your card balance to ensure a smooth experience.
