National Gift Card offers new service to retail partners
NGCvault provides real-time gift card inventory tracking
June 7, 2010 - CRYSTAL LAKE, Ill. -- National Gift Card
Corp. (NGC) announced today that the company has launched
its new proprietary gift card tracking and reporting system,
NGCvault
(http://www.ngcvault.com). Developed for those retail
partners which have de-activated gift cards warehoused with
National Gift Card, NGCvault
provides comprehensive
reporting that allows real-time monitoring and managing of
de-activated gift card inventory. "This brings to our retail
partners a fast, secure, and convenient way to have
real-time visibility into de-activated gift card inventory
housed at the NGC facility," said Rick Rubin, NGC vice
president of strategic partnerships. Retail partners
currently have access to three built-in reporting options
via NGCvault:
Card Balance
Report: shows the total
number of de-activated gift cards by denomination value, as
well as when gift cards were received/shipped by NGC.
Activation Requests
Report: provides specific
order details for every gift card activated, including
dates, card value ranges and denominations.
Individual Card
Lookup Report: gives retail
partners the ability to search by individual card numbers
for detailed information including date received and sent by
NGC, denomination and order details.
NGCvault will be
rolled out in phases to retail partners over the next
several weeks. Additional reporting options will also be
available in the short term.
