Mr. Douglas Wheeler, CEO of National Gift Card

Adam P. Van Witzenburg to the position of President of the
Company. Adam is a graduate of Augustana College School of
Business Administration and has been with the company since
2004. He had previously served as Vice President of
Operations with the Company and was responsible for the
Company's expansion of its national sales and marketing
initiatives.
Concurrently with
the announcement of the promotion of Mr. Van Witzenburg, the
additional announcement of Mr. Rick Rubin as Vice President
of Strategic Partnerships was presented to the industry. Mr.
Rubin is a graduate of Florida Atlantic University with a
degree in Business Communication and has previous experience
with Interactive Communications (InComm), a stored-value
gift and prepaid products company.
