Joan Travelstead
SVP Program Development
 

Joan Travelstead is senior vice president of program development at National Gift Card (NGC). In her administrative role, Travelstead is responsible for the creation and implementation of large technology platforms for NGC customers from start to finish. She also currently manages all information technology for NGC, both internal and external.

Travelstead has been a part of the NGC family for more than seven years, having most recently held the position of vice president of business development, where she was responsible for managing many of NGC's distinguished retail partner relationships.

Travelstead attended Western Illinois University and Gateway Technology College where she received her degree in information technology from Gateway Tech. She currently resides in Antioch, Ill., with her children, and enjoys traveling and going to the beach.
